Position Summary The Regional Commercial Loan Coordinator Manager will have the primary duty of assisting Commercial Loan Coordinators with respect to the technical aspects of the commercial loan portfolio. Duties & Responsibilities Manage pool of Commercial Loan Coordinators and all daily functions performed by the group. Ensure Commercial Loan Coordinators are trained on nCino to ensure accuracy and integrity of the information. Enter customer loan information into nCino. From the relationship, enter new loan request(s) - terms of loan, collateral, guarantors, purpose, and additional information as needed. Reach out to borrower to request Corporate Docs, etc. for closing. Pull compliance documentation - OFAC, Patriot Act, Good Standings, FFIEC, etc. Order all third party reports - appraisals, title commitments, environmental reports, UCC searches, insurance, flood (send Notice to Borrowers (NTB), if applicable), etc. Assist with: Obtaining any additional information requested by credit analysts Clearing closing requirements Managing past due payments less than 30 days Clearing exceptions, financial and collateral, submit documentation for imaging Preparing change memos and term sheets, if needed, and submit for approval Review: All third party reports upon receipt to ensure no further action is required Documentation in CenterDoc90 day coming due reports Loan documents prior to closing Coordinate closing with borrower, title company, lender, etc. Process draw requests/paydowns, payment questions, depository questions, wires, etc. for borrowers. Request all financial updates needed for renewals or annual reviews. Place executed loan documents in nCino and route the closing packets to Commercial Post Closing. Function as liaison with the Commercial Loan Operations/Commercial Banking Service Support Director - ensure compliance requirements and policies/procedures are being met. May perform administrative duties as needed. Education & Experience Knowledge of: Strong oral and written communication skills Various software programs. Ability to: Take independent action within established options and develops new procedures and approaches to problems when necessary Analyze assignments based on a wide knowledge of many factors where application of advanced or technical concepts are required Maintain visual attention and mental concentration for extended periods of time Perform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressures Education and Training: Requires High School diploma; continued education preferred. Requires a minimum of 5 or more years of related banking experience, in loan coordination, collateral documentation or lending operations. Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office. Compensation and Benefits Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.
