The Opportunity: UCF Student Success and Well-Being seeks an experienced HR generalist to join their HR Business Center as a Human Resources Partner III. The HR Partner III is responsible for training, communicating, and executing human resources strategy, policy, and programs for the division. The Partner III will supervise HR Coordinators within the HRBC and provide guidance on HR matters to leaders and employees throughout SSWB. We are looking for a versatile and proactive HR generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate is adaptable, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach to support a wide range of HR functions, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture. Responsibilities:
