Position Details The Residential Therapist will conduct intake evaluations for assigned clients, including completing Strengths-Based Assessments and Crisis Plans. Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and update individual Recovery Plans in a timely manner. Provide therapy according to the treatment plan and coordinate care with case managers, psychiatrists, and other agencies, including discharge planning. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations, including treatment plans, progress notes, billing information, clinical coaching and training for Recovery Coaches.
