Job Description: As a Remarketing Support Specialist, you will assist the sales team with administrative duties primarily related to the sale of vehicles. You will support the coordination of vehicle purchase transactions with customers and field locations via phone and email communication. This position is essential for ensuring that sales are finalized quickly and accurately, and customers have a positive purchase experience. Key Responsibilities: * Assist the sales team with administrative duties related to vehicle sales. * Coordinate the completion of vehicle purchase transactions with customers and field locations. * Communicate with customers and field locations via phone and email. * Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales transactions. * Maintain and update sales-related information in relevant systems. * Provide exceptional customer service and support. * Prepare reports and documentation as required. * Other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Skills and Qualifications: * Administrative Support: 2+ years of administrative support and customer service experience required. * Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask. * Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others. * Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in the use of Microsoft programs and strong overall computer skills required. * Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. * Additional Skills: Bi-lingual is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
