ATI is seeking to hire a Supply Chain Specialist to support our Value-Add Manufacturing for the Specialty Rolled Products business unit. This position will be based in Natrona Heights, PA.

This position will be responsible for applications and processes in relationships with third-party manufacturing partners to deliver finished and semi-finished components to Aerospace and Defense clients.

Key responsibilities



  • Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of aerospace and defense programs.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare program documentations, reports, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication among and across internal departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure products are produced, packaged, and shipped according to customer specifications and delivery requirements.
  • Asist in risk management by identifying potential challenges and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Support contract management, procurement coordination, and supplier engagement.
  • Conduct program performance analysis and recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost reductions.
  • Organize and maintain all project-related documents, ensuring that they are easily accessible and up to date for all stakeholders.


Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelors Degree



Preferred Qualifications



  • B.S. degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Technical field
  • 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of project/program management.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to acquire new skills quickly.
  • Computer proficiency with software packages Microsoft Office software suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint along with working knowledge of other project management software/tools.
