This position involves a hybrid work schedule - working remotely: Monday & Friday / on site: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Role Overview:

Direct mail plays a vital role within our marketing strategy, with a proven track record of delivering successful results. As a Senior Marketing Strategy Associate, you will be a part of the Direct Mail strategy from campaign development through execution and monitoring. This role necessitates a hard-working individual with analytical skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset. Prior direct mail experience is helpful but not required. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a small team doing big things.

What You'll Do:

* Manage Data-Driven Campaigns: Oversee the execution of Direct Mail campaigns throughout all stages, from strategic planning to production hand-off.
* Post-Campaign Analysis: Use critical thinking and analytics to drive post-campaign evaluations. Develop and present recommendations on performance trends and Test & Learn results.
* Insight Generation: Utilize various sources to derive insights and drive sales growth by interpreting data and presenting findings to marketing leadership.
* Planning and Forecasting: Assist with planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for Direct Mail and Print acquisition campaigns and strategic initiatives.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal (Compliance, Production, Creative, Product Strategy) and external (Data, Agencies, and Print vendors) partners to understand business needs, ensure high execution quality, overcome challenges, and deliver results.
* Cross-Channel Marketing: Partner with Digital and Telesales teams on cross-channel marketing opportunities.
* Stakeholder Communication: Provide Mail Plan overviews in business forums and interact with NYLD leadership and external vendors.

What you'll bring:

* Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations, Information Systems, or another quantitative field preferred.
* Experience: 3+ years of related experience required.
* Technical Skills: Strong quantitative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel; Experience with Business Intelligence software (PowerBI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc.) is preferred.
* Analytical Skills: Requires a motivated professional with a passion for data and a high degree of intellectual curiosity. High degree of responsibility for analyzing data, and summarizing results.
* Strategic Decision-Making: Ability to navigate data and apply it to support valuable strategic decisions, driving growth and innovation in the channel.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to apply quantitative analysis and critical thinking to solve complex and time-sensitive issues, handling multiple priorities with minimal guidance.
* Database Knowledge: Understanding of database structure, queries, and reporting techniques; experience with SQL a plus
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. This position provides information on timelines, deliverables, testing, and results to various stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$75,000 - $95,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
