HDR is looking for a TVC Program Lead to join our Building Engineering Services (BES) Business Group in Omaha, NE. This position is an integral part of an existing program level client management team that will lead and oversee the growth and management of the TVC Program. The Program Manager will work directly with client leadership to understand and provide staff and resources to meet client resourcing needs.

In the role of TVC Program Lead, you will have the opportunity to:



  • Lead, direct, develop and market TVC management contracts
  • Direct multiple TVC employees
  • Manage day to day operations and staffing needs
  • Provide staff management, development, and feedback for direct reports
  • Work closely with area leadership staff to identify needs to meet client resourcing needs
  • Develop and implement company's technology, standards, project delivery practices, facilities, equipment and tools needed for the program
  • Provide team leadership with a focus on technical excellence, quality, recruiting, mentoring, and staff development
  • Collaborate closely with Technology, Media, Telecom and Data (TMT) market sector leadership to develop a growth strategy for the program
  • Work as project manager for key projects.
  • Implement, monitor, and support company policy
  • Lead in the recruitment and growth of the TVC Program
  • Perform other duties as needed



Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 10 years related experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software
  • Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
