This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about environmental chemistry, and looking to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic lab environment. Our Internship Program Summer Program Duration: 12 weeks, 5/19/2025 - 8/8/2025 Organization Level: Environmental Labs - Operations - Seattle Location: Seattle, Washington Pay: $20.76 per hour How the Internship Works:
Summary The Environmental Lab Intern's main responsibility is to perform routine operations within a laboratory setting by supporting and facilitating daily laboratory operations in the Organics Extraction Lab. Additionally, they will work with their mentor on learning various analyses, following documented operating procedures for sample and data processing, and recording notes. Depending on interest and ability, the intern may participate in sample preparation and analysis, instrument maintenance, and projects related to their scientific interests. Support work may include cleaning glassware, logging in samples, and weighing out samples. Responsibilities:
