Production Operator / 1st Shift

We have an immediate opening for a Production Operator to join us in Plymouth Minnesota. Not only is our production environment clean and quiet, but you will be joining a team that is passionate about making a difference in tomorrow's world.

This is a 1st Shift position, which offers a pay range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, DOE.

In this role you will:

• Assemble our devices following step by step instructions
• Set up and operate machines for sub-assembly, final assembly and calibrations operations
• Maintain equipment used in area of responsibility
• Handle delicate and static sensitive materials
• Provide recommendations for improvement/changes in assembly and/or equipment being used in assembly

Qualifications include:

• Ability to use basic hand tools and follow step by step instructions
• Clear and effective English verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to stand for a 8-10 hour shift
