What We Offer: $1,000 Hiring Bonus 100% Employee Insurance Coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) 50% Dependent Health Benefits 401(k) with Company Match Paid Holidays, and a Generous PTO Policy Opportunities for Career Growth What You'll Do: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical systems on railcars Assemble interior and exterior trim, seats, vestibules, and truck components Conduct visual inspections and quality checks throughout production Install emergency exits, fixed windows, body and side doors and panels Complete accurate documentation of inspection and production activities What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical certification is a plus) 2+ years of experience in a mechanical or production environment Familiarity with HAZCOM, lock out/tag out, and cutting equipment Comfortable using both standard and metric measurement tools and reading blueprints Proficient in basic math and computer data entry Good hand-eye coordination and steady manual dexterity Strong commination skills and a problem-solving mindset Experience using drills, taps, and extracting broken bolts/screws Physical and Other Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test Frequently required to stand, walk and perform manual tasks Occasionally required to kneel, stoop, or climb Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Ready to Build Your Future with Us?
