Brief Summary of Work for this Position |
The Ticket Operations Assistant will:
- Sell and service tickets for Men's and Women's Soccer, Men's and Women's Basketball, and Baseball.
- Prospect and cultivate new ticket sales leads through sales calls, e-mails, and by conducting sales conversations. Sales focus will be on the generation of new ticket revenue.
- Assist with answering phone calls, answering emails, and servicing season ticket renewals.
- Development and management of prospect lists
- Coordination of outbound ticket sales efforts including the creation of season ticket campaigns, group sales, ticket promotions.
- Work with community members and group leaders to effectively increase group sales and customize packages.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing, facilities, Seahawk Club, and university staff, as well as students, business vendors, community leaders, and other athletics stakeholders.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements |
- Bachelor's degree and previous experience within college athletics.
- Must be highly dependable, flexible, and available to work evenings and weekends.
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with the public.
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time both indoors and outdoors.
- Work effectively as a team member.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.

Please Note: This is a temporary position. The length of the assignment will be based on department need with the possibility of continuation. Temporary assignments cannot exceed 11 consecutive months without a full 31-day break from employment.
