Summary
Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of hospital operations. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating operational activities, and supporting various departments to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness within the hospital.

Essential Functions
-Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

-Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation related to operational activities.

-Assist in coordinating and implementing operational procedures and workflows to ensure smooth hospital operations.

-Support the execution of departmental projects and initiatives, including tracking progress and reporting on outcomes.

-Collect, analyze, and maintain data related to hospital operations, including performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

-Prepare and present reports on operational performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

Assist in the contract management for outside vendors supporting McLean SouthEast (MSE).
Act as a liaison for McLean SouthEast (MSE) with our internal partners including Digital, Supply Chain, Bio-Med, Purchasing, Telecom and Internal Communications

Education
Associate's Degree Healthcare Administration required and Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration preferred

Experience
Experience in administrative support, operations, or a related role 3-5 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in office software and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports with attention to detail.
