As the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor, you will lead a team dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our laboratory operations and upholding the highest standards of patient care. Key responsibilities include:

* Supervise the daily operations of the Immunogenetics Lab, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal performance.

* Implement best practices and protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing procedures.

* Provide guidance and support to a team of Clinical Laboratory Scientists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Salary Range: $105,200.00 - $250,600.00/year

Qualifications

* Current, valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Clinical Histocompatibility Scientist (CHS) license and bachelor's degree.

* At least 4 years of experience working as a licensed CLS, along with 3 years of lab experience or training in immunogenetics, histocompatibility, or transplantation immunology under supervision in an ASHI-accredited or ARB-approved lab.

* Demonstrated experience leading or supervising a team, either as a team lead or supervisor.

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to driving positive change and achieving organizational goals.

* Must pass the Ishihara Color Vision exam, i.e. visual acuity including color differentiation.
