** Please note that this a temp position ** Strong executive who can multitask. Demonstrate strong leadership qualities. A team player. Excellent customer service skills. Interventional Ambulatory Scheduling of procedures and obtaining authorization for procedures. Scheduling pre-testing for procedures. Required to participate in meetings and transcribe minutes/notes. Duties involves working with Division directors and physicians. Coordinating expenses i.e.. Petty cash, travel reimbursement, reviewing and editing of procedure board. Maintaining an accurate expense log for allocation of funds provided by the enterprise as well as clinical trail funds and managing multiple physician's calendars. Check in and check out of patients for NIR and registration of patients for the practice. Including on-call schedule and internal and external organization. Will be required to cross cover other modalities based on operations needs. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE *High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred *Three years secretarial experience required *Knowledge of insurance and or insurance background preferred *Ability to type 45WPM required ( Typing Test required) *Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlookand Excel preferred *Bilingual (English and Spanish) required Department: Radiology Bargaining Unit: 1199 Campus: MOSES Employment Status: Temporary Full-Time Address: 111 East 210th Street, Bronx For positions that have only a rate listed, the displayedrate is the hiringrate but could be subject to change based on shift differential, experience, education or other relevant factors.
