SUMMARY
Program Support and Analytics Services offering comprehensive program management, analytics, and support tasks for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and related organizations. This includes providing project analysis expertise, developing schedules and reports, coordinating activities across stakeholders, and assisting with strategic planning and documentation. This effort shall be executed using tools such as the open source Semantic Open Source Software (SEMOSS) tool, R, Python, Power BI, and business analytics software to analyze data, automate processes, and provide visualizations.
The Subject Matter Expert possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Designs and develops solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Performs systems management and integration functions. Functions as a technical expert across multiple projects assignments and may supervise others.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilizing the existing Business Analytic Tool (BAT)/SEMOSS tools, develop and sustain a framework that links functional capabilities, technical systems, infrastructure, and portfolio management in a quantitative manner in an effort to facilitate an optimal sequencing and transitioning of legacy IT systems to the MHS Health IT portfolio future state including MHS GENESIS. Provide a Comprehensive Migration Strategy identifying all current and future interfacing IT systems with reduction/combination of capabilities identified.

Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others.
