Job Summary:
Under the general direction of the Director of Student-Athlete Development, each fellow will be expected to help support and/or manage various Badger Built initiatives including programs, systems, processes, and events. This 11-month paid opportunity enables participants to contribute significantly to the success of Wisconsin Athletics while integrating real-world experience. Fellows will play a pivotal role in shaping the student-athlete experience, encompassing peak performance, exploration, and community. Responsibilities include active involvement in committees, execution of large-scale initiatives, and independent projects designed to prepare student-athletes to win now & beyond. Responsibilities: Coordinates one or more programs within the unit's scope of responsibility and coordinates all aspects of a project or program to promote student learning and development. Assists with coordinating any activities and providing facilitation and developing curriculum design for ongoing and new educational initiatives.
