Job Description This is an opportunity to join the Colorado Springs Technology Center (CSTC) New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Management team supporting the development of custom products and solutions utilized in Keysight's instruments. As an integral part of the solutions-oriented CSTC organization, the primary focus of this role is to serve as the focal point for New Product Introduction (NPI) utilizing the Product Lifecycle (PLC) process. The NPI Program Manager will work closely with Keysight R&D partners along with the CSTC technology development team to bring enabling technologies to Keysight applications while driving prototyping schedules to meet critical market windows. There will also be opportunities to participate in New Technology Introduction (NTI) projects in areas of new solution development, coordination, implementation, and qualification.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for R&D partners for NPI project-related communications.
- Facilitate PLC for various NPIs which include leading checkpoint meetings, monitoring milestones, and managing PLC checklist deliverables.
- Collaborate with R&D. engineering, materials, and supply chain teams to create NPI project schedules, prototype build plans, budget, and resource commitments.
- Work with the NPI development team to ensure there is good alignment in project deliverables, and the team is set up for success from capability, capacity, and schedule perspectives.
- Manage prototype material, build documentation, tooling, and coordinate build resources.
- Perform cost, scenario, and risk analysis to project product costs, risks, and mitigation options.
- Facilitate a cadence for regular project status review meetings and escalate key issues/project risks in a timely manner.
- Set up manufacturing infrastructure to ensure a smooth production transition. This includes managing production document generation, equipment/tool acquisitions, and material set up.
- Ensure manufacturing capability and capacity exist to meet partner's mature forecast.
- Participate in the development of technology roadmaps in response to future partners' needs.
- Identify efficiency improvement opportunities and implement them across multiple programs and projects through continuous improvement of the PLC/NPI processes.
- Provide first-level technical consultant for new project inquiries.

Job Qualifications This is an Expert level position.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project/program management roles.
- Familiar with Keysight's NPI and PLC processes.
- Experience with Oracle (BOM and Routers) and 3Dex data management tools.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Word.
- Experience with supply chain and manufacturing operation environments and needs.
Pay Range:
USD $106,130.00 - USD $176,880.00 Year
The level of this role will be based on applicable experience, education, and skills;
most offers will be be between the minimum and the midpoint of the salary range listed.
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
