Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a sophisticated attorney to join the Business Law Department as an Of Counsel in our Washington, DC office. This attorney will be a member of our Government Solutions Practice Group and Life Sciences Industry Team, and also will work closely with our Health Care, Intellectual Property, Corporate and White Collar practices.

Qualified candidate must have strong client relationship, project management, and negotiating skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and drive. A solid litigation background is required. This attorney will have extensive experience in FDA, False Claims and DEA counseling, enforcement, and litigation, including advising clients regarding all areas of substantive violations and procedural rules in domestic and international regulatory inspections, criminal and civil investigations, and prosecutions. This attorney also will excel at building relationships, assembling and managing teams with diverse practices and skills, and training and mentoring more junior attorneys.

We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly motivated attorney with 20 or more years of experience who seeks significant client contact, has demonstrated an ability to thrive and prosper in complex environments, and is willing to work collaboratively. Top academics and experience required. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from a top-tier, ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the District of Columbia Bar. In support of transparency and equity in the workplace, Foley provides salary ranges for all positions. The expected salary range for this position is between $320,000 - $360,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, experience, internal pay equity at Foley, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
