Overview As the Operations Manager at Asphalt Seal & Repair, you are responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities for our construction projects. Your role involves managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient project execution, maintaining a safe working environment, and fostering positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. With your expertise in construction and strong leadership skills, you play a critical role in delivering projects within budget and schedule. Responsibilities Project Management:
Plan, schedule, organize, and direct construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - 7+ years of direct industry experience, along with 4+ years of management and leadership. - Demonstrable knowledge of all construction processes with an emphasis on commercial asphalt work and paving projects. - Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards/best practices - Experience in operations management, project management, and relationship management. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Knowledge of construction processes and paving projects. - Proficiency in using project management software. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. - Must be tech-savvy and demonstrate a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to company-specific software and digital tools. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
