General Duties:
* Upkeep of the indoor and outdoor pools and whirlpools through vacuuming and filling.
* Re-stock towels throughout the spa facilities.
* Ensure the proper levels of folded robes and sandals, ready for use by guests.
* Maintain expectable levels of all spa amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gels, razors, combs, mouthwash, and any other amenities used by our guests in the locker rooms.
* Keep the fitness equipment organized i.e., yoga mats rolled and put away, exercise balls put away, rubber mats under workout equipment are need and straightened.
* Conduct frequent locker room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, and fitness center checks.
* Remove dirty towels, robes, sandals, and headphones to their respective areas for cleaning.
* Assist with guest suggestions/complaints regarding spa cleanliness and equipment while effectively communicating information to management staff.
* Problem solves when necessary.
* Never say "NO" to a guest; although we may not be able to provide exactly what a guest may want, it's important to provide options.
* Be a "Team Player," this is key to any position at Bayside Spa.
* Follow the daily checklist to ensure all aspects/duties are completed daily.
* Communicate to management in a timely manner when resources are running low.
* Perform all requested duties or tasks assigned by Spa Manager.
* Perform in a manner that demonstrates the philosophies of Horseshoe Bay Resort mission statement

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical & Mental Requirements:
* Ability to move laundry carts from laundry to the spa areas.
* Walk/stand for an extended period.
* Occasionally lift and/or move up to 15-20 pounds.
* Ascend/descend stairs as a daily routine.
* Must be able to comprehend reading materials.
* Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be able to interact with co-workers, customers and have a sense
of TEAM.
