Overview
DecisionPoint is seeking an experienced Capture Manager to devise a strategies for searching out promising new business opportunities with Federal Government clients and turning those opportunities into new business for the company. This position is on a hybrid telecommute model in Reston, VA.
Duties & Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance preferred.
- BA/BS minimum with at least five years project management experience
- Five years of progressive responsibility in Federal Civilian and/or DoD Market development
- In depth knowledge of best practices using Shipley or similar Framework
- In depth knowledge of the typical Government Contracting capture and proposal process
- Evidence of successful capture experience in the target government agency
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
- MS Office at an intermediate level
