STV is seeking a Digital Delivery Specialist to join our Digital Advisory department at our New York City, NY office.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

  • Develop and enforce BIM standards, execution plans, and quality control processes to ensure model integrity and coordination.

  • Collaborate with project leadership, design teams, and consultants to integrate BIM workflows into overall project delivery and lifecycle management.

  • Guide model federation, data validation, and model-based coordination meetings using tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and Navisworks.

  • Mentor and support internal teams and clients on digital delivery best practices, model optimization, and technology integration.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in BIM management within large-scale infrastructure or vertical construction projects.

  • Expert-level proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and related BIM technologies.

  • Proven ability to lead BIM efforts across multi-phase programs, including design, construction, and turnover phases.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and client-facing communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.

Compensation Range:

$128,289.89 - $171,053.19
