The Sr. Design Engineer designs commercial refrigerated merchandisers and display cases. Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of the designed case. What You'll Do Design and Manage new product development projects of varying complexity through all stages of Engineering. Take projects from conception through production with minimal management assistance. Work with Sales and Marketing to develop new product specs. Play a leading role in vendor selection and agency approvals Build prototype units and support production with new products release. Oversee testing to ensure all products meet design and agency requirements. What You'll Bring Bachelor of Science - Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 10 years of design engineering experience is required. Strong 3D Sheetmetal design experience required. Strong 3D CAD skills, preferably in Solid Edge Software Equal Opportunity Employer.
