We are Systems, LLCa leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment. Wecontinue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.

This is a role within Systems' Sales group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Maintain and increase the sales volume of dealers and end users in accordance with stated company plan; develop sales forecasts and account potentials, and (ii) Develop strong dealer partners and signature accounts in assigned territory in accordance with Sales Leadership. Requires 5+ years of sales experience, experience working with virtual teams and collaboration tools and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and increase the sales volume of dealers and end users in accordance with stated company plan; develop sales forecasts and account potentials

  • Develop strong dealer partners and signature accounts in assigned territory in accordance with Sales Leadership

  • Manage assigned dealer and partner relationships to strengthen overall solution capabilities and drive greater value to the customer; address customer inquiries and concerns

  • Increase and maintain average net sales price and meet P&L impact targets at the dealer and end user level by managing pricing programs

  • Travel to facilities and conduct product evaluations and site surveys; conduct customer presentations around product

  • Facilitate quote management and order fulfillment to effectively deliver product, pricing and sales information to customers and team using insights and data

  • Support strategies for marketing to accounts and end users, working directly with systems marketing group

  • Participate in partnership program implementation and negotiation as needed

  • Leverage strong corporate awareness to influence strategic business decisions

  • Represent Sales team on assigned cross-functional projects

  • Participate in trade shows

  • Develop and maintain customer specific construction specifications

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group's and Systems' reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of sales experience

  • Experience working with virtual teams and collaboration tools

  • Strong public speaking skills

  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, manuals, bulletins and other specifications

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Proficient in the use of a CRM

  • Able to travel up to 30% - domestically; valid driver's license

  • Emerging technology mindset; excited about new and emerging technologies and a desire to help deliver new connected products and services to customers

Preferred:

  • Experience working directly with channel management

  • Experience leading teams, directly or indirectly

  • Experience selling software as a service in support of equipment

  • Fluency in Spanish

  • Electrical aptitude

The payrange for this position is $68,900.00 - $111,200.00; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
