Full Time Description & Requirements The Payroll Tax Manager leads the newly formed payroll tax team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll tax processing in alignment with government regulations.
This role involves overseeing payroll tax operations, validating employee and company-level tax data, and implementing best practices for efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate has experience in U.S. multistate taxation and leading payroll tax professionals in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and effective time management are essential.
Success in this role requires expertise in payroll tax compliance, process improvements, and change management. Critical thinking, sound decision-making, and advanced communication skills are key. The Payroll Tax Manager also serves as a subject matter expert, driving audits, reconciliations, and system enhancements while collaborating across departments to ensure seamless payroll tax operations.
