Job Description

The Channel Partnership Analyst will support the Director & VP of VAS Channel Partner Enablement in building and maintaining the Channel Partner function for Value added services globally. This role involves assisting in the programmatic setup of the global channel partnerships function and supporting the creation of a VAS-wide channel partner strategy in a high-growth area for Visa.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working laterally across a wide range of stakeholders in product, GTM, operations, support, and others. The position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and often ambiguous environment. The analyst will be responsible for conducting analysis, producing research and documentation, and communication materials to support the design and implementation of the VAS channel partner program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with research, analysis, communication, document production in building a partner enablement framework to empower and grow VAS channel partnerships.
  • Support the programmatic setup of the global channel partnerships enablement function, by building and embedding processes, governance documentation, operating rhythms, and other supporting infrastructure.
  • Contribute to building a comprehensive enablement toolkit and supporting infrastructure to accelerate channel partner engagement.
  • Assist in designing and building systems, tools, and processes
  • Desk-based and stakeholder research, analysis, summarization and communication of key materials for leadership
  • Support the creation and maintenance of partner playbooks to target key priority markets.

Qualifications

Basic

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • 3-5 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in supporting the design and build of systems, tools, and processes to enable channel partnerships.
  • Experience in conducting market and opportunity analysis to identify top opportunities.
  • Demonstrated track record in supporting product resell readiness and establishing new partnerships.
  • Experience in supporting operational programs in large-scale organizations.
  • Ability to build relationships and gain exposure to internal and external client leadership teams through demonstrating key domain expertise.

Physical Requirements

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 92,300.00 to 117,650.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
