This is a role within Chamberlain Group's Sales Operations function. This position will answer complex questions and influence Sales, Sales Operation, and BU leadership by managing strategic intelligence projects and modeling statistical analyses that increase sales and profitability through data-based recommendations. Requires 3+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or similar functions and a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional stakeholders through modeling complex intelligence problems and communicating insights to leadership

  • Conduct quantitative analysis including ROI of sales pipeline, incentive programs, predictive forecasting, YoY drivers of change, and connectivity trends

  • Develop standardized and custom tools, methodologies, and business processes utilizing internal sales reports, external market data, and business needs to highlight opportunities and risks to the business

  • Design and develop analytics dashboards showcasing sales and device connectivity KPI's and data trends to deliver fact-based actionable insights

  • Capture business requirements and partner with IT to define platform for analyses and determine opportunities for system integration

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering)

  • 3+ years' work experience in business analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or similar functions

  • Data visualization experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud

  • Experience with connecting SAP Business Warehouse models to dashboards

  • Ability to interpret and articulate insightful conclusions and effectively communicate to stakeholders

  • Ability to integrate and manage data from multiple sources to create dynamic and accurate analysis tools

  • Ability to take initiative and lead projects to completion

  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured role and iterate with continuous improvements

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Able to travel occasionally - North America

Preferred:

  • Python, Microsoft DAX, or Power Query

  • Cloud-based data solutions (Microsoft Azure Synapse)

  • Statistical modeling, experience with R

  • Salesforce.com

  • SQL and ETL techniques

The payrange for this position is $81,500.00 - $132,725.00; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
