We're looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to support the campaign execution and marketing operations of CBIZ Insurance Services, Inc.'s dynamic Programs Division. The CBIZ Programs Division provides specialty insurance tailor-made for specific industries and unique business needs.

This role is ideal for a marketing generalist with strong project management skills, who enjoys managing requests, supporting campaign execution, and creating basic content and self-service graphics. You'll work closely with subject matter experts, regional leaders, and the broader marketing team to support go-to-market efforts through email campaigns, social media, digital updates, event materials, and more.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
*Campaign Execution & Project Support
*Coordinate and manage marketing requests
*Support execution of multichannel campaigns (email, digital, social, events, etc.)
*Create and maintain marketing materials using branded templates
*Update web pages and landing pages in coordination with the digital team
*Track and maintain campaign timelines, deliverables, and status updates

Project Management & Collaboration:
*Manage marketing workflows using project management tools
*Coordinate approvals, deadlines, and follow-ups across stakeholders
*Organize content and campaign assets for easy access and reuse
*Support vendor coordination for print production or sponsorship materials
*Serve as a liaison between field teams and national marketing for alignment

Content & Graphic Support:
*Draft or edit basic copy for emails, social posts, web updates, and flyers
*Repurpose existing content into templated assets with clear messaging
*Create graphics using Canva or branded templates
*Maintain brand voice and visual standards across all deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or similar field
*2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or professional services setting
*Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*Experience with email marketing platforms, Canva or similar tools, and basic CMS familiarity
*Clear communicator with an eye for design and a strong attention to detail
*Self-starter who can take ownership of execution while collaborating cross-functionally

Minimum Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
* 1 year of relevant experience
* Must be able to work in a team environment
* Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
* Proficient use of applicable technology
* Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
