What you will do...

  • Brand Strategy: Develop a strategic framework for the brand's growth plans over a 3-5 year period, ensuring a sufficient pipeline of products and initiatives. Continuously evolve and refine the brand's foundations to stay relevant and competitive in a highly competitive category.

  • Business Planning: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create a pipeline of new products and platforms that align with the brand's strategic direction. Lead the monthly portfolio management review process for the Kettle Brand, providing updates on innovation pipeline sufficiency and project prioritization.

  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Become an expert on the brand and its competitors, continuously monitoring the market landscape and identifying trends and opportunities to guide future plans.

  • Data Synthesis and Decision-making: Gather and synthesize data from multiple sources to make informed decisions and recommendations for brand strategy and marketing initiatives.

  • Partnering with Teams: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, integrated marketing, innovation, R&D) to develop best-in-class brand plans and drive seamless execution of new platforms and limited time offerings.

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in brand management, strategic marketing, and project management. Relevant industry experience, preferable in food and/or consumer goods is strongly preferred.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to have an ability to inform, influence and collaborate work with cross functional internal stakeholders.

  • Strong creative thinking with demonstrated ability to build activations with creative, digital, social, public relations, and media agency partners.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks within tight timeframes and deadlines in a dynamic everchanging working environment.

  • Excellent analytical skills and business/financial acumen.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving an exceeding strategic business goals.

  • Forward-thinking, results-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • MBA strongly preferred

  • Food and beverage and/or consumer goods (CPG) CPG experience strongly preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$115,300-$165,700

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
