DT SAP Sr. Development Manager

Lam is recruiting for a senior SAP development manager responsible for building end-to-end SAP solutions and capabilities for Lam's Digital Transformation initiative with SAP S/4 HANA as the main ERP solution. This initiative involves a complete re-engineering of our business processes and adopting the most relevant tools and technologies to support our business goals.

The SAP Sr. Manager should be techno-functional with a focus in "Plan to Fulfill" and Supply chain areas. This role will closely collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, technical architects, and functional architects, development teams and external parties to lead Digital Transformation implementation/build phase. This position's responsibility will also include ensuring that the solutions being proposed and implemented are within our agreed and published development guidelines (includes S4 Core principles) and work seamlessly across our ecosystem of SAP (S/4 HANA, BTP, Ariba, EWM, TM, CPQ, and other SAP modules/software) and non-SAP technologies.

Main responsibility of DT SAP Development Sr. Manager is to deliver an optimally designed, well integrated and thoroughly tested working S4 & SAP solutions on schedule which are core deliverables to Digital Transformation program. Primary responsibilities include:
* Validate platform and technology assumptions and fitment.
* Participate in proof-of-concept sessions to prototype, develop, test, and implement solutions to increase business capabilities.
* Evaluate implementation & development alternatives and pick the right fit/option for Lam.
* Ensure that the system and solutions being implemented conform to the approved design and adhere to Lam's development principles and regulatory compliance, standards, and best practices.

* Define nonfunctional requirements (NFRs) for the solutions that include performance, security, Integrations, UI/UX, and other critical aspects to build scalable solutions.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to be able to collaborate and coordinate well across multiple teams and individuals for a shared common goals and outcomes.

* Manage cross-functional development teams across RFTs and consultants to build, test, and deliver high quality solutions for DT rollouts.
* Facilitate SAP change & release management for SAP development objects (leverage Charm & Focused build) working with SAP Basis team.
* Drive and manage Application security needs for DT solutions per the security guidelines.

* Needs to be hands-on in ECC, S4 modules (Source to Supply, MM, PP, SD, FI) and SAP cloud solutions to lead solution and technical architects during POCs, solutioning and should have a deep understanding of deployment process, coming up with right options for Lam.
* Support the creation and evolution of a continuous delivery pipeline (CDP)
* Participate in release governance of the solution roadmap.
* Ensure upkeep/currency of application landscape and project documentation.
* Continuously evolve the solutions to improve and enhance business value.

* Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information systems or related fields
* Prior experience of leading/driving a large-scale Digital Transformation program.
* 15-18 years of experience in SAP technologies and solutions.
* At-least 5-6 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP BTP/Fiori and designing end-to end integrated solutions.
* 5-10 years of experience in integrations based on API and other micro-services.
* 5-10 years of experience in solution architecture and design.
* Multi-year experience in Hi-tech Manufacturing.
* Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and DevOps principles.
* Advanced understanding of IT Security, automation, UI/UX concepts, AI and Analytics.
* Understanding of architectural framework like TOGAF.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
