Sales Executive Responsibilities: - Drive HVAC equipment sales and develop long-term, commission-based earnings - Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and end users - Present HVAC solutions to clients in one-on-one or group settings - Expand business opportunities within the territory Requirements For Sales Executive: - Someone located in Eastern Iowa or Western Illinois with an engineering background (EE, IE, Mechanical) and strong knowledge of HVAC systems - Familiar with HVAC equipment, specifications, and customer base - An engineer with a background in consulting or HVAC system design/installation, but with limited direct sales experience - Knowledge of equipment and design, but willingness to learn the sales process and customer interactions - A driven individual with no HVAC experience but a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry - A positive attitude and passion for entering the HVAC sales field QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
