Job location(s): Menlo Park, hybrid expectation 3 days per week in office We are seeking an experienced Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Manager to help Snowflake scale a global, best-in-class pipeline generation program. You will support strategy development, build solutions to complex GTM problems, and own flawless execution of initiatives that make our SDRs and Account Executives more productive and efficient at generating and converting demand. This role focuses specifically on sales and marketing operational excellence at the top of the funnel (from lead/account through to opportunity creation). You will report into the GTM Strategy & Operations team and work closely with global leadership in sales, marketing, IT, finance, and operations. You might be a Marketing Operations pro looking to expand your impact across functions, a Sales Operator looking to get closer to the front-lines of pipeline generation, or a RevOps expert passionate about uniting sales and marketing. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
