We have an opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to join our Bishop Woods, WI team. You will apply professional engineering techniques to improve product design and manufacturability. The position will plan and coordinate engineering project activities to ensure project goals are accomplished within the approved timeframe, cost targets and project funding parameters. The Mechanical Engineer will aggressively manage engineering change projects by utilizing their strong mix of leadership, technical and soft skills. The Mechanical Engineer will foster a positive team environment that focuses on communication and collaboration with all other company functions - product management, marketing, operations, finance, supply chain, sales, quality, and customers. Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $71000 - $131800 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
