Are you an experienced Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Operator ready to take the next step in your career? Staffmark is partnering with a reputable logistics company in Lima, OH, to hire skilled and safety-focused operators. If you have at least six months of PIT experience, this is your opportunity to join a team that values precision, teamwork, and long-term growth.

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Training: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM for the first 2 weeks

Your Responsibilities Will Include:



  • Operating PIT equipment, including forklifts and order pickers
  • Moving, stacking, loading, and unloading materials and products
  • Utilizing RF scanners to ensure accuracy in inventory and shipment
  • Maintaining safety protocols and supporting efficient warehouse operations
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds as needed



A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
