About the Opportunity: The Maintenance & Facilities Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure the reliability of plant equipment and utilities. In partnership with the site EH&S Manager, this role also supports safety and environmental initiatives to help protect and enhance the well-being of all personnel. This is a day-shift role based in Thomasville, GA, with an expectation to be on-call 24/7 to address plant issues as they arise. The site employs approximately 150 people and generates around $40 million in annual revenue. Responsibilities:
