THE JOB:

As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a safe and friendly environment for employees and guests by assisting guests with baggage assistance and personal belongings. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Pick up key fob for room access and bell storage at the start of the shift
• Log in to the MS system to begin daily tasks
• Inspect assigned work areas to ensure cleanliness and verify that all necessary tools and supplies are available
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the shift
• Before ending the shift, check all areas again and restock any tools or supplies needed for the next team
• Log out from the MS system
• Return key fob to designated location

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Possesses a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Pay Rate

The starting rate for this role is:

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
