  • Estimated annual base pay: $27.92 (minimum) - $34.90 (midpoint) - $41.88 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're an Operations Specialist, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Operations Specialist 1 (Level 1) of the Advance Manufacturing group reports to the Director of Advance Manufacturing for all Industrial businesses. The position supports projects to improve production from a technical standpoint and has a basic understanding of the projects being developed and installed by the Adv Mfg group. This person will be responsible for testing and supporting the equipment developed by the AME group. He will be the first line of defense for production related issues. This person also solves minor manufacturing problems and works with members to implement process and product improvements. This is a non-exempt position on 1st shift (6:30 / 7:00 AM - 3:00 / 3:30 PM) Monday- Friday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch at our Fort Collins- Lincoln Campus. What You Will Be Doing Core Responsibilities
  • Support the Advance Manufacturing Engineering (AME) group from a technical perspective and troubleshoot minor manufacturing issues and solve problems.
  • Support and create various manufacturing documents to allow members to operate new automated solutions.
  • Analyze data from current systems to guide problem-solving efforts.
  • Brainstorm robust automation solutions to manufacturing problems
  • Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to drive manufacturing improvements.
  • Perform CNC programming, CAD work, robotics programming, electrical wiring, mechanical design, assembly, and other technical tasks within the scope of assigned projects
  • Act as the main contributor to test, deploy and support new automated solutions introduced in production.
  • Drive continuous improvement of automated processes.
What We Are Looking For
  • US - High School Diploma required
  • No less than 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and/or design/training/implementation of processes including setup/programming/training for tooling, fixturing and manufacturing aids.
