Job Summary: Reporting to the VP of Medical Management, the Care Management Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing care management reports, audit tools, and dashboards to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring that solutions meet business objectives. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate data captured within care management systems to ensure accuracy of reporting and progress toward business objectives.
- Analyze current care management processes and identify areas for improvement
- Design and propose solutions to enhance care management processes, including system configurations and workflow optimizations.
- Assist in the implementation of care management solutions through collaboration with the Director of Care Management and the Nurse Care Manager Educator for education and training opportunities.
- Perform timely data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends in care management and utilization performance.
- Develop and maintain reports, audit tools, and dashboards to monitor care management performance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of care management solutions.
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication to convey findings and recommendations effectively.
- Proficiency in care management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of project management principles
PC Skills:
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, required
- Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Zoom, required.
- Experience with eCW and/or Curitics, preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau and Power BI, preferred.
- Familiarity with project management software like Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, or Trello, preferred
Education and Experience:
- AA/AS degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field required
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business/data analysis, preferably in care management or a related area.
- A problem-solving orientation and eagerness to identify process gaps and implement practical solutions in a matrixed organization
