Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the facility's common areas, including restrooms and break areas. Perform heavy cleaningduties, such as scrubbing floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls, and removing garbage.

Responsibilities:

• Sanitation of floors, restrooms, break rooms, etc.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles
• General housekeeping, including the removal of cobwebs
• Misc. tasks such as painting equipment orcleaning vehicles
• Stock janitorial closets with supplies
• Maintain up-to-date janitorial and sanitation records
• Operate equipment such as a vacuum, floor scrubber and high-pressure hoses
• During the summer processing season, job responsibilities may vary greatly to include machine operation orlead positions in a different work area
• Ensure that GMPs (General Manufacturing Practices), safety rules, and regulations are being followed and enforced
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong janitorial skills
• Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization
