Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator you will support project managers or functional managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring resource availability for the project team. This is a remote position with working hours in the Eastern time zone.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedule meetings and coordinate resources in a timely manner to support project timelines.
• Preparation and editing of memos, reports, correspondence, project documents.
• Assist the project manager or functional leaders in the development ofdocumentation such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
• Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents.
• Coordinate with project resources to ensure the project team has what is needed at the right time.
• Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what is expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables.
• Be the liaison between theproject teamsand stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
• Help project managers monitor project progress and provide updates to project stakeholders.
• Schedule stakeholder meetings, documents, and generate reports.
• Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years of administrative assistant or project coordinator experience, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

Other Attributes:

• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams)
• Ability to follow direction with minimal oversight.
• Ability to sit for longer periods during the workday

0-20% Travel

This position is not eligible for employer-based sponsorship. Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range is 62,000-99,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
