As an OSS Invoicing Support Specialist, you will responsible for leading the pre-validation activities and coordination of invoicing between the Invoicing Team and the customer sites across multiple business segments. This role involves ensuring that all unbilled costs are prepared for invoicing within the timeframe required by the organization. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a strong understanding of business operations, possess the ability to lead others without authority, support multiple groups, and improve processes to gain efficiencies.

You will report to the Director of AOMS Transformation and will be located at our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead individuals supporting the GSS BHI Invoicing Team for MMC, RP, Valves, Renewables, SSG, and Industrial Weld.



  • Collaborate across business segments to optimize services and processes to support seasonal Outages to meet or exceed success metrics / KPIs



  • Create training materials for invoicing processes and conduct training sessions and related workshops as required for seasonal outages



  • Utilize project management skills to plan, communicate, and follow up on key actions, issues, and challenges across multiple sites and segments



  • Ensure resources are prepared to provide support in whatever capacity is needed to ensure timely invoicing



  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the processes and resources through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.



  • Provide regular status reporting and key insights to senior leadership regarding the success metrics/KPIs



  • Manage the team resources to appropriately staff seasonal outages and on-going maintenance within budget.





Qualifications:


  • BA/BS in business, operations, accounting, or other related discipline.



  • 5+ years of relevant experience.



  • Green Belt and/or project management experience



  • Experience with the SAP Bid to Bank workflow
