What you'll do

In this new role, we are looking for a curious-minded customer relationship management (CRM) specialist who enjoys a blend of autonomous and collaborative work. You will be responsible for a variety ofCRM activities, including contact and account management, list management, analytics/reporting, invite communication management, and user/system support.

Known internally as Digital Marketing Senior Specialist - CRM, the position is in New York City, NY and will report directly to the Marketing Director - CRM. Paid relocation is not available for this position.



  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to provide CRM services in support of firm campaigns, including development of segmented lists, contact list matching, and reporting.
  • Manage the processing of contact updates, including work prioritization, ticket assignment and updates to maintain CRM data quality.
  • Manage CRM system administrative tasks, including synch management, user onboarding/offboarding tasks, list and user rights management, and software issues.
  • Provide CRM end user support, guidance and training to marketing and administrative staff. Promote best practices for efficient and effective use of CRM.
  • Support event registration process, including creation and programming of event email communications, development of registration forms, and broadcast email sends.

What you'll need



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in a marketing or business development capacity ideally in a professional services firm.
  • Proven expertise in CRM systems (LexisNexis InterAction or Dynamics 365 a plus) and broadcast email marketing platforms (Vuture a plus).
  • Good technical acumen, including working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email customization and template creation.
  • Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and organized with good time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams with people at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Core working hours are generally 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday; willingness to work outside of normal U.S. business hours, and as unique projects/needs arise.
  • Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.

The firm offers a comprehensive benefits program including health, vision, dental, disability, 401K, tuition reimbursement, identity theft protection, and mental wellness support. Employees will also receive a generous paid leave policy including vacation/personal time starting at 7.34 hours per pay period, sick time up to 80 hours annually, parental leave, and twelve holidays.

The hourly range for this role takes into account a number of factors and is between $43/hr. - $53/hr. with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
