In this role, you will lead a team of administrative professionals, partner closely with leadership, and play a critical role in advancing process efficiency, employee development, and executive operations. You will bring structure, insight, and coaching into every aspect of your day-creating a positive ripple effect throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

    Leading and developing a high-performing administrative support team
  • Overseeing performance management, team member KPIs, and growth plans
  • Proactively managing workload distribution and internal team check-ins
  • Supporting assigned executives through calendar management, expense reports, event coordination, and meeting planning
  • Facilitating cross-department collaboration to optimize processes and implement improvements
  • Coordinating training sessions, tracking administrative metrics, and refining SOPs
  • Driving team-wide communication, motivation, and accountability in support of operational and strategic goals
  • Conducting bi-monthly 1-on-1s and leading monthly/quarterly team trainings
  • Distributing team workloads based on priorities, skills, and deadlines
  • Monitoring and improving administrative functions, policies, and resource allocation
  • Liaising with other departments to identify improvement opportunities
  • Delivering regular reports on performance, initiatives, and success metrics
  • Contributing to a culture of proactive communication, clarity, and excellence

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and performance management
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to think strategically and implement tactically
  • Proactive, organized, and a creative problem solver

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required; Masters degree preferred
  • At least 7 years of administrative leadership experience, managing 5+ people
  • Proven success in process improvement, training facilitation, and team member development

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
