Assistant Chief Building Engineer
Job Description The Assistant Chief Building Engineer will provide leadership, support, technical direction, and guidance for the operation and maintenance of two 100,000 sf Class A commercial office buildings. Primary responsibility is to always maintain base building services and operations. This requires technical knowledge of all base building systems to implement maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal operations. The Assistant Chief Building Engineer will ensure training, safety, policies, procedures, standards, and reporting of all maintenance activities and repairs. This position reports directly to the Chief Building Engineer in Fairfax, Virginia. Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
