Job Title: I&E Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift

Location: Ponca City, OK

As an I&E Supervisor, you'll be hands-on in both leadership and technical work, with direct involvement in high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee development and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems.



  • Ensure standardization across sites to meet corporate standards and compliance.



  • Develop instrumentation installation drawings, data sheets, and specifications per industry and safety standards.



  • Create technical tabulations to support selection of instrumentation and control systems.



  • Support development of plant project P&IDs and I&E project schedules.



  • Assist with manpower planning and procurement of instrumentation components.



  • Lead DCS conversion from PROVOX to DeltaV and manage related software upgrades.



  • Maintain high reliability of controls, instrumentation, and emission monitoring systems.



  • Implement safety programs to reduce risk and prevent accidents.



  • Provide emergency support during system failures or downtimes.




Requirements


  • Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology.



  • 5+ years in industrial I&E roles; supervisory experience preferred.



  • Strong experience with Fisher-Rosemount DeltaV systems.



  • Proficient in digital control systems and technical documentation.
