Senior Automation Engineer

Location: Portland, OR

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.

Years of experience: 7+ Automation Quality Engineering experience

Must have skills: Core Java, Selenium, Advanced JavaScript, Test Cafe framework, Web Automation, AWS Jira & Agile Methodologies

Proficiency in Java scripting for developing and maintaining applications.

Exhibit strong skills in Selenium with Java for automated testing and quality assurance.

Expertise in Test Cafe Automation framework for efficient test case automation

Display excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs

Roles and Responsibilities

Execution of all Quality Engineering capabilities required by a scrum team, including test planning, test documentation, test execution, and reporting

Testing NIKE.com UX front-end technology, consumer flows, as well as supporting logic, backend microservices, and infrastructure for NIKE.com includes the mix of both manual and automated test development.

Responsible for creating and solving test data problems, and automation framework buildout and framework maintenance.

Responsible for Jenkins and other CI/CD pipeline tool job creation, configuration, and maintenance.

Deliver Stories, Bug Fixes, Features, or Components in every sprint, communicated during sprint planning ceremonies

Support release preparation activities for all releases, including but not limited to regression testing
