Your Job Join our IT team at Koch Engineered Solutions in Wichita, KS as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst. You'll be instrumental in supporting and implementing IT infrastructure across multiple locations and business units. This role does not offer visa sponsorship. Our Team As part of the KES Information Technology team, you will need to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Our team functions as a startup entity partnering within our enterprise to develop innovative solutions and prove their value through experimentation and scalable deployment in our business. Collaboration, creativity, and focus on attaining positive business results will be necessary skills. What You Will Do Lead and support IT infrastructure projects, enabling transformative technology use across various locations. Continuously improve support processes for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. Innovate and implement creative IT solutions with strong business reasoning. Maintain and support servers, computers, printers, and network equipment. Collaborate with business and IT leaders to enhance business results. Adapt to different work environments, from manufacturing spaces to server rooms. Engage with global IT support teams for operational tasks and project deployment. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience in IT infrastructure roles, maintaining devices like routers, switches, and servers. Proficient in Microsoft OS, Active Directory, networking, server patching, VMware. Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms. Experience resolving complex IT issues across diverse platforms. What Will Put You Ahead Experience with scripting tools Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools. Experience in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience in developing or implementing monitoring and alerting systems. Basic understanding of ICS network security (Purdue Model/PCN/Firewalls). At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
