Hourly Pay Range:

$37.85 - $58.67 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Job Summary:

As the Application Analyst II at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for assisting in specific areas of IT including full life cycle management, from analysis and design to deployment and maintenance of technology solutions and platforms. In addition, you will contribute toward identifying opportunities with the goal of reducing manual efforts, supporting the growth of the organization, promoting patient and user experience, and helping create innovative solutions with operations. You will help foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders, promote the consistent use of available tools, techniques, workflows, and platforms, and perform administrative tasks as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to remain updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices.

What you will do:

  • Serve as Workday security administrator, with a deep acumen of Workday's security framework and cross platform business processes to drive and adopt business processes for HCM, Financials and SCM.
  • Create and update security policies, domains, segmented security, role-based /user-based roles.
  • Perform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy on a quarterly or periodic basis utilizing Kainos
  • Document proper internal security controls
  • Lead the validation, vetting of all roles and respective security group assignments, domain security policy and BP security policy by functional area as requests are submitted.
  • Support and communicate Workday releases and enhancements and help maximize the capabilities of systems by researching and recommending new functionality with a goal of supporting operational excellence
  • Create and update reports per requests using ServiveNow ticketing system and facilitate prioritizing/ranking them based on needs
  • Help implement and test new functionality
  • Communicate system changes and enhancements to the user community
  • Work with stakeholders in the organization to understand their use cases, propose technical solutions and implement those solutions
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation to support usage, knowledge transfer and change management programs
  • Monitor and manage the timely resolution/closure of assigned tickets
  • Lead small to medium sized projects following PMO defined processes

What you will need:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent, plus 3 or more years of relevant experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Certification: Must have one or more Workday certifications in security, reporting or integrations. In lieu of certification, must be able to achieve certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Workday Security Subject Matter Expert (Workday Pro Certification Preferred)
  • Experience: Seven (7) or more years of experience relevant to assigned portfolio in a healthcare setting.
  • A minimum for 3 years Security Admin experience leading, designing, configuring Workday security matrix, maintaining and creating security groups, roles, permissions across all modules.
  • Unique or Preferred Skills:
  • Significant experience including responsibility for system configuration, access management, testing, and providing user support
  • Ability to build and modify custom Workday reports, dashboards, composite reports and calculated fields
  • Experience implementing or supporting Workday
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Advanced knowledge in and experience supporting Workday security
  • Experience or certification in project management, Agile, Scrum, and ITIL
  • Healthcare IT experience is helpful but not required
  • Advanced MS Excel, scripting, XML, SQL, JavaScript, FTP knowledge
