Hourly Pay Range:

$24.86 - $37.29 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Learning Management Systems Analyst

The Learning Management Systems Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration, management, and support of the organization's Learning Management System (LMS). This role includes assisting the Lead LMS Analyst and working collaboratively with the LMS team in ensuring the seamless operation of the LMS to meet organizational learning and development goals. The LMS Analyst provides technical support, troubleshoots issues, end-user support, and contributes to the effective functioning of the LMS.

  • Location: Warrenville, IL

  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, during normal business hours

  • Required Travel: travel to other Endeavor Health locations may be required

What you will do:

LMS Administration and Support

  • Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and daily operation of the LMS.

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and system reliability.

  • Provide input on the development of policies, procedures, and best practices within the LMS.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LMS issues.

Technical Expertise and Issue Resolution

  • Address and resolve technical issues related to LMS functionalities and user support.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for LMS-related issues and escalate complex issues, as needed.

  • Assist in the integration of third-party eLearning tools and systems.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with learning and development teams, IT, and other departments to align LMS configurations with training needs.

  • Communicate system updates and changes to stakeholders.

  • Support the integration of LMS solutions with broader organizational processes.

Content Creation

  • Utilize third-party eLearning tools to create basic content to be uploaded into the LMS (e.g., Assessments/Tests, SCORM, MP4).

  • Test, troubleshoot, and support content issues and escalate complex issues, as needed.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and suggest opportunities for innovation and improvement in LMS functionalities and processes.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in LMS and eLearning design.

What you will need:

  • Education: bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, required. Master's degree in HR, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred.

  • Certification: Relevant certifications in Learning Management Systems, eLearning Design, or project management, preferred.

  • Experience: Experience in system administration and/or another technical support role. Demonstrated success in resolving system issues and providing technical support.

  • Unique or Preferred Skills:

    • Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems and their administration.

    • Familiarity with eLearning design principles and third-party eLearning tools (e.g., SCORM, AICC).

    • Basic understanding of best practices in learning and development.

    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Basic proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

    • Manage day-to-day responsibilities with appropriate guidance and increasing independence.

    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
