Manufacturing Engineer

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide accurate and competitive quotes for new business opportunities.
• Determine processes, materials, and design/build fixtures for manufacturing.
• Create assembly instructions for new products.
• Conduct time and motion studies to set production standards and improve efficiency.
• Ensure engineering activities meet company, customer, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with customers and engineers on product design and tooling.
• Work with vendors on part specifications and equipment/material purchases.
• Estimate production times, staffing needs, and costs for management planning.
• Coordinate with management and staff on production capabilities and schedules.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with processes such as welding, plating, heat treating, and assembly.
